Hi, I'm Sara.
Physician. Coach. Entrepreneur. And someone who knows what it's like to build something new.
I'm Sara Tamarin, MD, a board-certified pediatrician and ICF-certified coach. After nearly two decades practicing medicine, I transitioned into coaching and learned firsthand what it means to step outside a familiar professional path.
I've built my own coaching business, started a coaching program inside a large healthcare institution, and coached more than 350 clinicians. I've also served as a leadership coach for women in the University of Washington's Entrepreneurial Leadership Certificate course.
My background includes executive coaching certification and ICF coaching credentials.
And I've navigated this work while raising two children as a single parent. I understand what it's like to balance family responsibilities with the uncertainty of building something of your own.
